Daycares · childcare centres

The daycare phone, without running after it.

Absences, late pick-ups, worried parents, waiting-list visits: RingCasa rings the right people, keeps track of every call and answers for you when nobody is free.

  1. Absence by text“Noah won’t be in today.” The reply goes out from the daycare’s number.
  2. A call during the park outingThe office answers in the browser; nobody leaves a child to run for the phone.
  3. Nap time: missed callAn automatic text replies: “We’ll call you back shortly.”
  4. Enrolment inquiryThe director reads the voicemail transcript and calls the prospective parent back.
  5. Late pick-upThe parent calls; it also rings on the closing educator’s cell.
What changes

Built around a day at the daycare.

01

Nobody is free to answer

Educators are with the children, the director is in a meeting. The call rings on the office computer, the app and the on-duty person’s cell — whoever can, answers.

02

Parents text personal cells

Texts reach the daycare’s number, in a shared inbox. Nobody has to hand out a personal number, and the next shift sees the whole conversation.

03

Enrolment inquiries slip away

A prospective parent leaves a voicemail? The transcript arrives right away and the call stays on the callback list until someone calls back.

04

Who is calling, exactly?

Sort contacts into categories — parents by group, waiting list, suppliers. The name shows up the moment it rings.

Several locations

Two locations? Three? One app.

Each location keeps its own number, greeting and contacts. Management sees everything, and each team answers for its own.

  • Pro plan: up to 3 locations included, more at $13/month
  • Minutes and texts pooled across every location
  • App and automatic texts in French or English
  • Keep your current numbers by forwarding their calls
Good to know

Parents first.

Texting with consent

Text parents who gave you their number for that. For promotional messages, Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) applies: get consent and offer a way to opt out.

Recording: say so

If you record calls, let callers know — for example in your greeting.

Children’s information

Only keep what’s needed in contacts. You remain responsible for your families’ information; we protect it on your behalf.

No emergency calling (911). RingCasa cannot reach 911 or any emergency service. Always keep a landline or a cell phone within reach for emergencies.
